Frustration returns to streets as fuel strike stalls cars for Second day

Anger and frustration took over Lebanese residents Friday on the second day of a nationwide strike by gas station owners that forced traffic to come to a halt. Gas stations closed for the second day after adhering to the call made by the Syndicate of Gas Station Owners, who called for an open-ended strike Wednesday in protest of ongoing dollar shortages.
