وطنية - شكا - نفذت "لجنة كفرحزير البيئية" اعتصاما حاشدا امام شركة "هولسيم" في شكا، استنكارا ل "مجازر الإبادة الجماعية التي ترتكبها مصانع الاسمنت في حق أهل الكورة وشمال لبنان"، بمشاركة مجموعات كبيرة من الناشطين البيئيين من مختلف المناطق وبخاصة من طرابلس.افتتح الاعتصام ببيان للجنة القاه منسقها جورج العيناتي الذي دعا "الشعب الى مقاطعة الاسمنت السرطاني الذي تنتجه شركتي هولسيم والسبع لانه مجبول بارواح أهل شمال لبنان وهو رمز لأخطر فساد مالي في لبنان". وشدد على "استيراد الاسمنت غير الملوث بثلث السعر الاحتكاري الذي تبيعه مافيا الاسمنت للبنانيين بأعلى ثمن في العالم من اجل دفع مبالغ مالية كبيرة للسياسيين".

The Environmental Committee of Kfarhazir has carried out a massive sit-in in front of the Holsim Company in Chekka, denouncing the "massacres committed by cement factories against the people of Koura and northern Lebanon", with the participation of large groups of environmental activists from different regions, especially from Tripoli .

The sit-in was inaugurated by a statement of the committee delivered by its coordinator George Al-Ainati, who called on the people to boycott the cancerous cement produced by Holcim and Seven companies because it is tolerated by the souls of the people of northern Lebanon and is a symbol of the most serious financial corruption in Lebanon. He stressed "the import of unspoiled cement by one third of the monopolistic price sold by the cement mafia to the Lebanese at the highest price in the world in order to pay large sums of money to politicians
