نظم نادي الشويفات للدراجات الهوائية نشاطاً رياضياً انطلق من الشويفات إلى ساحة النجمة وسط بيروت، عند الساعة الثامنة والنصف صباحاً. وتخلّل النشاط وقفة احتجاجيّة على إطلاق النار العشوائي، الذي يتسبّب بمقتل العديد من الأبرياء في مختلف المناطق اللبنانيّة، وتمثّلت بتسليم النادي كتاباً في هذا الإطار إلى أمانة سرّ المجلس النيابي.
