وطنية - الهرمل - نظم أهالي بلدة عرسال وأقارب السجناء والموقوفين اعتصاما أمام دار البلدية رفعوا فيها شعارات طالبت ب"الإفراج عن السجناء والموقوفين وإقرار العفو العام والشامل". وأكد المفتي الشيخ بكر الرفاعي أن "السجناء يعيشون اليوم ظروفا استثنائية، فالعفو العام ضروري جدا، خصوصا للموقوفين الإسلاميين الذين تبين أن ملفاتهم بمعظمها مركبة".
