Ph.D., is co-founder and principal of Partners for Human Rights Informa- tion, Methodology, & Analysis (PRIMA). He has advised human rights organizations on the use of scientific methods to collect, manage, analyze, and report on data about large-scale violations of human rights. He currently serves on the faculty of the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University.
