بناء على اقتراح وزير الداخيلية و البلديات ووزير المالية،
بناء على الموافقة الاستثنائية الصادرة عن رئيس الجمهورية و رئيس مجلس الوزراء،
يرسم ما يأتي:
المادة الأولى: ينقل من احتياطي الموازنة العامة لعام ٢٠٢٢ الاعتماد التالي:
فقط ثمانون مليار ليرة لبنانية.
