Ras Baalbeck municipality sets curfew and daily wage cap for Syrian workers, and wage cap for domestic workers

Ras Baalbeck Municipality issued a circular on Wednesday introducing restrictions on Syrian refugees, including a curfew from 7 p.m to 6 a.m., preventing Syrians from having guests coming from outside Ras Baalbeck at night and setting a limit on the daily wages that local employers can pay to Syrian workers. The circular includes a provision on setting a limit on the daily wages that local employers can pay to domestic workers.
