Ras Baalbeck Municipality issued a circular on Wednesday introducing restrictions on Syrian refugees, including a curfew from 7 p.m to 6 a.m., preventing Syrians from having guests coming from outside Ras Baalbeck at night and setting a limit on the daily wages that local employers can pay to Syrian workers.
