بناء على اقتراح وزير التربية و التعليم العالي،
يرسم ما يأتي:
المادة الاولى: رخص ل"جمعية الماعون الخيرية الاجتماعية" ممثلة بشخص رئيسها بانشاء مدرسة تدريب مهني خاصة باسم "درجات للتدريب و التطوير المستمر" في منطقة تول، كما هو مبين في المادة الثانية من هذا المرسوم.
