Ministry of Labour increases daily transport allowance for private sector employees

President Michel Aoun signed Decree No. 8318, of September 8, 2021, to amend daily transportation allowances for employees of the private sector. Fees will become 24000 Lebanese Pounds per day rather than 8000 Lebanese Pounds. The amendment shall be in effect on the first day of the month following the date of issuance.

المادة الأولى: يعدّل بدل النقل اليومي المنصوص عليه في المادة 4 من المرسوم رقم 6263 تاريخ 1995/1/18 بحيث يصبح اربعة وعشرين الف ليرة لبنانية بدلا من ثمانية آلاف ليرة لبنانية، والباقي دون تعديل.
المادة الثانية: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويعمل به ابتداء من أول الشهر الذي يلي تاريخ نشره.
