Ministry of Culture retracts his decision to preserve the silos

The culture minister retracts his decision to preserve Beirut silos and to add them to the general inventory of historical buildings. He decided to replace them with a memorial sculpture that embodies the building, topped by a sculpture designed by Rudy Rahme.
