Beirut port blast investigator Judge Tarek Bitar has issued an arrest warrant for MP and former Finance Minister Ali Hassan Khalil, who failed to appear for a scheduled interrogation before Bitar today.
وطنية - عقد المحقق العدلي في قضية انفجار مرفأ بيروت القاضي طارق البيطار، جلسة صباح اليوم، كانت مخصصة لاستجواب الوزيرالسابق النائب علي حسن خليل، الذي لم يحضر شخصيا، إنما حضر وكيله المحامي محمد المغربي، كما حضر وكلاء الادعاء الشخصي. وخلال الجلسة طلب المغربي مهلة زمنية لتقديم دفوع شكلية وتقديم مستندات، الا أن المحقق العدلي رفض هذه الطلبات وأصدر مذكرة توقيف غيابية بحق خليل.
