Capital control bill up in the air as opposition mounts

Growing opposition from Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri and other political groups appeared Tuesday to have cast gloom over the fate of a capital control bill designed to organize the relationship between banks and clients amid a scarcity of U.S. dollars and a deepening economic and financial crisis.
