Cabinet has decided to borrow $100 million from BDL to buy fuel for Lebanon’s electricity grid, a move that would increase power supply to 8 hours per day, Energy Minister Walid Fayad said in a press conference. Lebanon has been facing blackouts of up to 22 hours per day recently
