The people of Arsal took to the streets on Sunday and cut-off the Ayn Shaab road with burning tires as a sign of defiance against recent security measures enforced by the LAF to tighten noose around armed militants.

NNA field correspondent reported that over 200 people gathered near a LAF checkpoint in Wadi Homeid, as soldiers fired rounds in the air in an attempt to disperse the crowd.
