Sheikh Othman Hnayneh, an active supporter of Sheikh Ahmad al Assir, handed himself over to the Lebanese Armed Forces Intelligence Branch in South Lebanon.
Hnayneh is wanted for his participation in Aabra incidents. He fled to Ayn el Helweh Palestinian Camp a few months after said events only to emerge now.
