كشفت المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي، أنّ "مفرزة بعلبك القضائية، أوقفت في محلة الكيال المدعو "ر. ج." من مواليد عام 1965، الّذي أقدم على خطف أشخاص واحتجازهم داخل الأراضي السورية مقابل فدية مالية قيمتها 150 مليون ليرة لبنانية، وبحقّه بلاغي بحث وتحري بجرم إطلاق نار من سلاح حربي وخطف".
