The Lebanese Army explosive experts defused on Thursday a car bomb in Wadi Hamid at Arsal outskirts. The field reporter said that the Kia with a Syrian license plate came under suspicion earlier on Thursday after its driver abandoned it on a road at Arsal outskirts.
