On 14 Sep 15, at 1800hrs, several political parties as well as groups of the civil society gathered at the airport road (At Cocodi) to protest against the possible retrieval of the Antione Lahad’s corpse from Paris, France. Antoine Lahad who died on 10 Sep 15 in Paris, was the leader of the defected South Lebanon Army (SLA) from 1984 until 2000, until the latter withdrew from Southern Lebanon and the SLA was dissolved.
