A senior militant commander survived a bomb attack in the outskirts of Arsal in eastern Lebanon, a source told the Daily Star.
Abu Khaled al-Talli, a commander in Jabhat Fatah al-Sham – previously known as Nusra Front - survived a road side bomb that detonated as he was passing al-Malahi area in Wadi Hmayed on the outskirts of Arsal, the source said.
