Works as an independent researcher and development consultant since September 2010, with a particular focus on qualitative research methods and topics of public policy issues, elections, refugee studies as well as social and economic development
Expert in gender issues
20 years of experience in policy research and development, including several peace-building and violent extremism research studies, political economy and local development
Established and ran the first public policy focus group center in Lebanon in 2006, at the Lebanese Center for Policy Studies after a short experience in a grassroots organization and in the public sector between 2002 and 2006
Sat as Lebanese representative on the Radicalization Advisory Group of the Third Way Institute, Jordan in 2010; produced two research papers on radicalization in Lebanon.
Holder of a Master’s degree in Journalism from Université Assas – Paris II in conjunction with the Lebanese University
Holder of a Master’s degree in Political Science from Saint-Joseph University
Served as the Secretary General of the Lebanese Association for Democratic Elections for a two-year term between March 2016 and February 2018
